Conditions for participating Players
$500 in appearance fees offered to GM/IM (No hotel accommodation) OR $300 in appearance fees offered to GM/IM with hotel accommodation (breakfast included with hotel option)

$685 registration fees for Norm Seekers and other participating players.
No byes are allowed
No forfeits
Any violation of conditions will result in bridge of conditions and forfeiture of prize money, where applicable

By registering for our event, you consent and agree to our Notice of Filming & Photography.
Refund Policy: No cash refunds on withdrawal. Credit for equal amount will be given if you notify us of withdrawal on or before January 15, 2020. Credits can be used to register for tournaments and other programs offered by Elevate My Chess. Registration fee will be forfeited if you don’t notify us of withdrawals on or before January 15, 2020. However, consideration for credit will be considered in special circumstances on a case by case basis.
